Getting evicted

When we moved into a rental property, the landlord just wanted to be assured that he was going to get the rent every month. None of this prove your income stuff. Same with when I last rented a house.

If you went directly through a LL then they wouldnt credit check you, not many would hve the means to do so.
If you went through an agency, then anyone not being credit checked would be lucky.
If i was paying an agency to get people in my place, they would be making sure that they can afford it.

Yes, it hardly seems a "z0mg to the internetz!!" situation, tbh.

I would call it a more zomg moment that some of the spec me a watch threads tbh

Oh yus, that slipped my mind, no running companies and whatnot. Works the otherway though right, billing his partner for work completed, which is probably what I should have said initially.

Depending on your area if there are newsagents around, there may be a chance they have some ads in the window for properties/flats to rent until you can get something sorted out for the long-term.

i bet there are quite a few private adverts for renting. they be the best place to look :]
