start thai boxing- thats what i did weighed nearly 15 stone and went down to a cut 13 stone 1n 4 months
if you cant handel that, get a bin liner on with arm and head holes put a jumper on and do 3 mile jog every other night, cut out down drinking to just fri and sat and in 2 months youre gut will be gone
start jogging as i suggested and include sit ups and press ups in sets of 10 for 3x 3min rounds after 20 min jog, with a minute break in between sets
it literally is that simple
theres no easy way to lose your gut the only thing is cardio vascular excersize you can get an abb cradle but in my experiense (3 years thai boxing) abb cradles are for people that are playing at it
youve just got to put the hard work in
also i try and follow a low fat diet although ATM i have wandered off the straight and narrow as i stopped training at xmas and started drinking a little bit too much again
This is a great question - I'm in the same boat as the O/P. I'm pretty happy with my physique but I've got a stomach on me and have heaps of trouble shifting it. Is cardio the best way to sort it out? I am doing 4-5 sessions of CV a week at the gym, and I want to know when it will start to show.
