It's good, but add ITBs and you have the best sounding V6 to grace the earth.

From the front, coming towards you I don't know of ANY 6 cylinder engine that sounds better than a CSL, including those listed above. From inside too the CSL sounds fantastic and is the best 6 cylinder lump I can think of bar probably a GT3 but I am biased! Once its gone past however is sounds like a wasp in a tin like all E46 M's
