Gigabyte customer service how do you rate it

I had really great experience with gigabyte! As you know the p67 series sata chips were dying, so I filled in the RMA and to my surprise the next day i received a phone call from gigabyte(really friendly guy with British accent so Giga-Man was right about the UK centre) asking when would i like to replace my motherboard. I gave them the day and time and a van came around took my old motherboard and gave me a new one just like that. While my friend still can't get his B3 from Asus.
Given a choice would always pick Gigabyte!

Hi Silent,

You have added me as a friend :)

You need to trust me, its a small blue box at the bottom right of this post.

Also Xtremedetailz I have your trust but I havent had a reply to my email.
Can you confirm you have received my email.

Thanks

Yup my experience has been fab too. Had a problem with the socket which another store refused to fix as I didn't spot it when I first got the board. Got onto Giga Man on this forum and the board was fixed and turned around very quickly with no cost to me except postage to Milton Keynes.

My last experience was A* A* A*.
The organisation it must have taken to coordinate the recall of the p67 boards was incredible, they were definitely amongst the most proactive of MB suppliers in the recall process. So I can say that my next board will also be a gigabyte for sure!!!

hia sent back a faulty Gigabyte X58 extreme Mb to the supplier. they sent it back to gigabyte and its beyond repair. the supplier is now offering me a refurbished ASUS/P6X58D-E, which to me is a downgrade at even brand new.

theyve also offered me a market value refund of £10+vat. surlely thats a typo??

do you think i should demand a new board of equivilant value to the one i origionally had, which was bought 4 260 pound?

is it under warranty? if so, demand a replacement. ask giga-man on here. he is sorting me out now.

the warranty ran out on the 12th of dec but i sent it back on the 21st of nov. when you say replacement do you mean exact replacement or equivilant value replacement. the board isnt being made anymore see.

i would assume a exact if they have it or an equivilant value and specification mobo.

thats what i thought. bit sly trying to fob me off with a 2nd hand refurbished, inferior MB dont u think?? should i expect something like the Gigabyte GA-X58A-OC which is currently 235 pound?
