Yes it also uses DSC but don't let it put you off you wont notice any difference in picture quality.

Tempted to switch my order to the M32U now it's in stock.

No idea when the M28u will be in stock.

32" to big ?? is it worth the extra £90??. No sure what to do.

Yes i would say 32" is the perfect size actually we need more 32" 4k monitors so yes.

Is the M32U HDMI 2.1 ??

Both M28U and FI32U are really more like HDMI2+ and limited to half of HDMI 2.1's real bandwidth relying on DSC to cover it.
So there's little reason to think M32U is better.
Meaning likely not good for consoles use.

I would have picked the M32U over the M28U if it was out when I got mine. I've even been tempted to shift mine and upgrade but keep telling myself it's not worth the hassle...

Depends on if you really need the extra size or not. I wouldn't purchase based on whats in stock right now, better to decide which one is more suitable and have some patience since you will likely have it for years. There isn't an in-depth review of the M32U on RTINGS or hardware unboxed yet, it's possible it won't perform as well as the M28U.

Yep, it comes with a 2.1 cable but I’ve yet to use it.

Xbox series X supports DSC so not a issue however the PS5 currently does not so this is why it says limited to chroma 4:2:0 in the specifications.

Yes it works fine with G-sync.

It's a "AMD FreeSync Premium Pro" monitor which now means it's G-Sync compatible, just doesn't have dedicated G-Sync chip. I've seen zero problems with it enabled, which I couldn't say about my previous G9 which had the G-Sync chip and was riddled with compatibility problems.
