Gigabyte rma help

The official GIGABYTE UK RMA turn around time is 14 working days, we often process returns faster than that. It does in some cases take longer if we need to swap the product and we don't have RMA buffer in stock, if that happens we will mail and tell the people that returned it to us.
If any of you have issues I try and help where I can, you can also mail [email protected]
When will you be dropping the price of the 1080Ti s? I have a Gigabyte ax370 Gaming 5 & currently a Gigabyte 1050 (stop gap card). Don't make me sully my PC with an EVGA or an ASUS....the horror.
I'm even willing to get OCUK to let you have my Haribo. I'm thinking £499.01p

Hi Guys,
My uncle bought me a 1070g1 graphics card and it suddenly started displaying defects and crashing a lot...now it won’t even display when I power on the pc, we don’t have the receipt but it’s only around 8 months old, do I have any chance of help without proof of purchase? Thanks.

if bought online should have a trace to it :)

Thank you for the prompt response sir, He bought if from a shop called yo-yo something in Hampshire, I’ve contacted gigabyte but without receipt from one of their suppliers they have stated only a repair attempt can be made I’ll be devastated if it can’t be repaired. Fingers crossed! Thanks again.

rep should get back , and yo yo should have it recorded , normally you go through RMA via reseller first and if they are useless then you can hit some AIB directly

I tried calling them and they have no recollection of specific as my uncle can’t remember exactly when it was purchased, my own fault for losing the receipt, are repairs generally successful? There is no physical damage visible...

Look at the website gigabyte have one redeeming feature over most others. They will honour a warranty without proof of purchase using serial number if you say it is lost and it's 3 years from manufacturering date

Just spoken with them, as yo-yo cant find record of purchase, I can send to gigabyte but they will only attempt repair, so if it’s not repairable I’m basically screwed! Keeping everything crossed , thanks for the input guys.

Also having a UK support centre would also mean it should have faster turn around time than others that don't.

Glad you got it sorted, sorry for not replying. I have been away working and planning the EGX show, it's been a little busy.

@GIGA-Man
Sorry to hijack this thread, but wondering if you can help me out.

My 1060 6gb Windforce OC, the fan closest to all the display ports (the anti-clockwise fan) is making a rattling sound and it needs replacing. Thing is, I don't really want to lose my graphics card for a few weeks over a relatively minor, non-performance impacting issue. Is there any way for the repairs team to just mail me a replacement fan?
