Joined just to get some feedback (and moan a bit) but has anyone recently RMA'd a Gigabyte GPU and can confirm how quick the turn around was?
My 2070 started artefacting a month ago and I quickly dropped it off back to the shop (not OcUK) who tested and confirmed it was a bit knackered and sent it off.
It took Corsair a week to replace a mouse but it seems to be taking Gigabyte a long time (25 days so far without it) with the card and I'm struggling to get the point of sale to do anything other than quote a standard repair time......
Fed up of gaming at 720p 25fps on a 4k TV
forget the Days part no one counts weekends
but most RMAs take 4-6 weeks some in my industry take 6 months
nintendo took 6 working days which amazed me
