It certainly is a fair drop! Good board to be honest, just looks a little dated now thats the thing. If you want to build a nice PC on the cheap you can really go wrong with this as the base

This was my first board also, a very good over clocker could run my 2500k @ 4.9 but on other makes could never get it over 4.7
