So I tried some squatting,
Still sore, so didn't do my main sets still :(

Well the 'work on form's' going slower than I'd like :/

Still feeling the hip/leg 'in the hole' but feeling a lot better so hopefully soon :)

Nice one GP - I hit a sticking point on BP @ 80kg on 5x5 for quite a few weeks - couldn't break it and now im resting as I hurt my shoulder :/
 
At 80kg - I keep getting to the 4th or 5th set and about 4th or 5th rep and all my strength goes and either fail or know I wont be able to do it so don't try.... very frustrating!

My shoulders getting better - ive been out of training now for 2 weeks - might give it another 2 weeks off as im house moving.... (just to be on safe side)
