yea. wots a po box, like a warehouse or sumin.. cos then they can send to that adresss, if it is a fraud credit card, me and my mate. win win.. we get the items :P
 
A PO Box is something you pay for the Post Office to look after for you. means you can have things delivered to you without giving personal details away.

Its not free though.

Just send the Bulgarian some money now, cut out the middle man.

Why can't the Bulgarian order the items himself, if he has just won the lottery surely he can get at least a debit card and use that. I am no expert, but apparently the internet allows us all to do that. :p

Just think about it.

despite all the dialogue since the OP, if you'd read it, you'd see that OcUK (apparently) dont deliver to Bulgaria...so there you can see the problem

I can't belive the heresy of what I have just said.

I am certainly not going to break a habit of a lifetime and read a whole thread, it is much more fun to ignore the important points. :p
