Glasgow Airport-under attack

I've heard several eye witnesses saying he was revving the car up trying to drive through the entrace, several airport workers as well?

Are you just upset that nothing happens in at your airport to make your job exciting?

Im tempted to go and rob all of the pain killers and burns treatment from the hospital, it would be an awful shame if he couldnt get some treatment.

I hope he has got travel insurance, because he isnt getting himself fixed up in an NHS hospital on my money.

The news can not speculate. They have a duty to report what has been confirmed and nothing more.

ffs , they had petrol bombs and asian , of course its a ******* attack ,
if they arrested 2 asians then hopefully they will ask if they knew about the people that left the 2 cars with bombs in london , so it might be a breakthrough in to catching more

is ANYONE a copmpletely credible source in this case? unlikely because there is too much at stake.

but you can tell if someone is determined to do something from the actions they take, you dont have to speak to be able to do that!
 
Lets not derail the thread with arguments about taxi drivers or peoples attitudes eh, there are much more important things going on in the world right now.

Cobra is to meet for a third time following todays incident, to discuss the threat and the governments response to it.

It will be interesting to hear an official take on the threat as it stands now, I know they had planned to up security for major public events this weekend, but they had said publicly that this was just a small precaution and that we should continue as normal.

I just think it's disgusting that he doesn't find the report of someone credible based on their career. I can see the police now: "Don't ask Jock over there, he's a taxi driver, he'll make it all up".

Rather ironic that people are saying "Don't judge the Muslims, not all are like that" and along comes Scuzi and says "Don't listen to the eye witness, he's a taxi driver"
 
top news story all over the world which is wierd, german french, american, aussie and loads of other sites have it as their top story which is a wee bit odd considering the size of glasgow and the fact no one was killed

But then it is the third terrorist attack on the UK in two days, and has come closer to killing people and causing damage than the previous two.
 
The main reason there isn't the furore of a usual terrorist attck is mainly due to the reception received by the instigtators with a good old fashioed Glasgee Kiss. Terroirst or Tourist, nut them!

I like the fact that the loony tunes terrorist got a dose of the local hospitality. :)

A prime example that eye witnesses can be shockingly inaccurate, but I started my first post in this thread saying that it was too early to be sure about anything as we had only eye witnesses to go on.
