Are you going to be conscious for the op?
I've been wide awake on a couple of occasions whilst I've had docs prodding around inside me.
If it's the case, i'm not going to wish you luck, i'm simply going to say...enjoy, it's truly a weird experience!
If they're knocking you out, then i'll say good luck and i'll look forward to reading your recovery posts!

Apparently I'm double hard as most at this time are just laying there. I have a huge wound in my head , 3 needles in me and drinking a cuppa tea watching films. While in intensive care lol. I have a tube up me belled too lol.
