Don't worry, got a good physio who I see when needed - have known him for 13yrs since it first happened and got an appointment booked due to the muscular aches that have been niggling recentlygutted for you - that's tough - I'd certainly try and find a good physio as well to help. Painkillers might help short term but longer term some rehab etc....
I was at gym this morning for 1st time in 10 days after my back issues..... felt ok thankfully - hoping to get 9 holes on friday before saturday 18.
Short version - L5/S1 bulging disc that I have managed for the 13yrs with a combination of stretching and exercises, then physio when needed
I know the signs but this time it has hit me pretty quick with very little warning, which has been very annoying as I have had about 2yrs completely pain free
