How much money do you have to spend on the case and water cooling together, and do you really need watercooling?

If your doing a first build I would strongly suggest you shy away from water.

Do Koolance do their own cases or to they just modify existant cases? The only one I've seen is the Koolance PC4-1025BK which is a modified V1000+.

Modify as far as I know, but its to such a high standard, only seen one and am planning on getting one for my next rig.

The Koolance I mentioned above would be spectacular for your purposes. it looks ten times better in person than it does in photographs. She's a stunning case.

My vote goes to the Koolance to, would have one instead of my reserator 1+ if I had the money almost 18 months ago for one.

Alphacool do the stacker, but the Koolance kits are normally a bit better and the v1000+ is a nicer case.

EDIT: I just saw that you're talking about the 830. The 830 is a TERRIBLE case. Go for an 810. They're miles better.
