Thanks :) I'm disappointed with the squats...thought I'd have 10...I blame the lack of recovery!

This Friday is 200 for max reps up to 10. Should be interesting!

Bench is going well :) should be a nice PB in the not too distant future :)

Happy with the PB in the new technique.....tough to decide now...do I keep doing and try the 260 next week or do I switch back to my old technique (which I still prefer) and reap the gains that way...

Bench feet up flat back

Definitely reaching the limits of stability on this....might be time to bring the feet back to the ground :)
 
Go for gains this way around... Depending on your perception of the rate of gains with this technique, if it us faster, it might just be better.

I still prefer front squatting to back squatting, but I know how much my legs are (not) thanking me for pushing them beyond what I could manage with front squats.
 
Recovery day.......errr.....at least that was the plan..

Didn't sleep, sinus infection :/ just wanted to do my lifts and go but they felt so easy I couldn't resist :D
