Nice exercise-limiting criteria:

- Pecs fried? No.
- Triceps nuked? Not really.
- Shoulders dead? Do you even...?
- Core exhausted? What?
- Face exploded? Yes.

The sluggishness and horribility was due to impeding man flu :/ still hitting me pretty hard so might skip tonight.....or might do some bench :D have a minor niggle in the lower back so squats are out anyways.

Yea.....zero energy, still getting hammered by this, hope it buggers off by Saturday for heavy squats :(
 
They've got 10 of them in that part of the gym and the other part has generic bars.

The generic bars bend and stay bent after ~220kg :/ there is one stronger one for some reason which has survived 280kg (partial rep) without bending but for no discernible reason.....it's the same bar o.O

I really do want to get a texas power bar or something like it to keep at the gym :)
