The sluggishness and horribility was due to impeding man flu :/ still hitting me pretty hard so might skip tonight.....or might do some bench have a minor niggle in the lower back so squats are out anyways.
They've got 10 of them in that part of the gym and the other part has generic bars.
The generic bars bend and stay bent after ~220kg :/ there is one stronger one for some reason which has survived 280kg (partial rep) without bending but for no discernible reason.....it's the same bar o.O
I really do want to get a texas power bar or something like it to keep at the gym
