Goodbye Catalyst Control Center :D

AMD are missing the point !!

They need a new range of cards on a new architecture fast and this is where all their efforts should go.

Software like this could have been launched with the next gen of cards. As it is it looks like they are using it to just paper over the cracks with the old range of cards.

AMD should put all their efforts into delivering the next gen of cards as the top priority.

I doubt there's much their software department can do to boost their hardware development and designs. Some people design architechture, some code.

I think they are doing both Kaap, just because they are developing new software doesn't mean they ain't developing new GPU's or that this is instead of GPU's.

This reaction is a bit hyperbole, TBH, oh no....., AMD updated their software after we have been asking them to do that for some time!!!!!!

Owning all those GPU's has muddled your mind a bit dude :p

Software and hardware engineers are 2 separate departments.

There's nothing wrong with the cards they are just priced a bit too high.

Just watched the video (was at work before).
Obviously can't justge what it'll be like under the covers, so there may well be a lot of improvements there, but visually I'm not a fan. There wasn't much styling with the old/current one, but at least that meant it was inoffensive. Why does everything now have to have huge ****-off buttons for me to click with my pretty accurate mouse pointer? This style, to me, just seems like visual bloat.

Next you will be telling us the world is ending tomorrow. Lighten up man :D:D:D:D:D

Personally don't really care about looks tbh. I mean how much time you generally spend in catalyst, or upcoming software anyways. As long as it's fast and you find things easily , it's good.

Of all the posts on this forum you pick on mine!? :D
Have you seen there's a thread of people complaining about a game that's not out yet (Fallout 4) and how bad it might be because of GameWorks and how they've cancelled their pre-order! Nobody told them to lighten up! (probably scared of being scared out of run out of town :))
