Google Pixel 6/6 Pro

think mine is going on MM soon.

happy with the iphone for now. S22 looks really good in size, spec etc but that small battery is literally killer to the whole deal.

Ordered the S22 Ultra as the camera is looking like a decent jump on the S21 Ultra. I want to love my Pixel 6 pro 256 but it's ultimately disappointing for the price point given all the issues (network 5g dropping, wireless in Feb update, choppy bluetooth, I've experienced each of these plus the inconsistent sensor implementation

At least I got the Bose headphones and had some Google store discount so not that bad. I do believe hardware wise it's reminds me of my old One plus 7 pro I had a few years back apart from it has a worse optical sensor and better cameras.

Should be a £700 phone max, not sure it's worth selling and I may just keep it to tinker with new Android versions or see if they improve it.

Saying that, will probably be moaning about the S22 ultra also soon ;o))
 
I know I'm tempting fate but I love my standard P6... I had issues with the auto rotate, tap-the-back shortcut and the shake to rotate shortcut previously which was all related to the gyro sensor but all fixed from the update so no issues now.

For £599 (less £120 for sold headphones so £479), I don't think it can be beat yet.

I appreciate others have had issues (some just being picky about camera etc and some genuinely worse issues like signal).
 
only problems this morning...
installed beta - went fine
lets do factory reset - got stuck on verification...switched 2 step off.... phone wont now restore backup from google one..

now chatting to google support...
 
Thinking of a standard pixel 6. Not the pro. What's the battery life on these like? Currently got a Huawei p30 and can get a pixel 6 for 200. Will I see a big upgrade?

Well if you can get it for £200 it's worth it, as you could sell it for double if you don't like it.
