Google Pixel 6/6 Pro

I'm now experiencing issues with phone calls in that the person on the other end can't hear me. I'm having to disconnect the call and try again. It happens when making and receiving calls. Android Auto also acts up and the phone ends up like a barbecue brick after using it in the car.

This Pixel 6 is by far the worst phone I've ever owned, it struggles with basic functionality. I can't wait to get rid of it.

Damn, same here with calls and other people cant hear me. Not an issue with calls over data.

Can't see the 7 being too much different anyway to be honest.
I agree with you. Pixel 5 increasingly looking like the last decent phone they came out with which is sad remembering how good the Nexus 5,6 and 6p were.
Feels like they lost the plot with the pixel 4 .... they had fantastic technology but felt the need to ditch it due to the so called "all screen" phone necessity. Ah well we all sell our souls eventually

Partner took delivery of her Pixel 6 over the weekend, so far really likes it, though suffering from poor network issues. She's with ID Mobile (3) and whilst coverage with them in our area is just OK, she's often got no signal at all and was breaking up on the phone over the weekend with about 1 bar of 4G.

Signal seemed better when I swapped my VOXI SIM into it so I think we're just going to send it back and take out another on Vodafone, see how that goes.

Another thing, did anyone else have low battery when they look delivery? She took about 10 minutes setting it up and it was on 1%. I thought new phones were stored with about 60% charge normally?

Battery life on my 6 is excellent. Only time i have ever noticed a drop off is when i am in a really poor signal area and it is obviously trying constantly to connect.
