Google Pixel 9 Series (9/9 Pro/9 Pro XL/9 Pro Fold & Pixel Watch 3)

Got the 9 Pro replacing my 7A, immediate thing is the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, I was used to fast biometrics from Apple, so it was a real step back on the 7A. First time migrating data from Android<->Android since I did my HTC to Nexus 5 back in the day, much smoother now. I didn't even remotely need the upgrade, but alas I wanted it. Last tech upgrade for a long time hopefully.

Ended up ordering the 9 pro in black from idMobile directly

£179 up front and £30 a month is hard to sniff at. I should get around £440 for my 246gb iPhone 13 Pro which makes it a tasty deal.

Now the question is what case to get?
Was looking at changing my Iphone 13 pro max for a 9 Pro XL .

What's the change been like for you.

Contract is up for renewal, currently have an 8 pro. Can get a 9 pro XL for roughly £500 over the 24 months once I trade my 8 and sell the pixel buds 2.

Worth it?

Updated to 15 as well. Only major difference is I can have split apps pinned to the task bar on my fold, but apart from that, nothing else. There's also the preview when doing the back gesture but I usually do that so fast I hardly notice it.

Android 15 must be the most disappointing update to date ... Private apps (Samsung has had that for years) apart from that there really isn't much going on

Damn wish I hadnt seen this. £540 for my P7 Pro and they give you free pixel buds 2 pro aswell?
Mighty tempted
Is thag the one direct from the online Google store ? They have offered me £640 for my I phone 13 pro Max ( enhanced trade in price ) against a Pixel 9 Pro XL . If they could garuntee it I would pull the trigger .
