Yep , direct from google store. The issue (kinda) is that they use a 3rd party to asses returns and this seems a bit hit or miss on the interweb reviews.

Has anyone got anything positive to say about PCS?
Its really tempting to exchange for Z Fold 4 for a Pixel 9 Pro XL, they are offering £685 but the horror stories I keep seeing are really off putting and my Fold 4 is in mint condition

I've used them once or twice in the past. No issues, they got a phone in excellent condition and they paid as agreed.

I love mine. I came from a galaxy s23 ultra, which is no slouch in the performance department, but lots of little things - like switching between apps, using the in-screen fingerprint scanner etc - feel a LOT snappier, making the experience a bit more seamless (dare I say it, like using an iPhone). If you're used to the 7 pro you don't need me to tell you how good the camera is too - again the S23 ultra camera is good but it felt like a lot of digging around options was required to get it to perform to its best in any given situation. The pixel camera just seems to nail it with no faffing around.

I've upgraded from the 8 to the 9 Pro but can't get the alarms to sync with my Pixel Watch 2.
it says 'Cant pair with a watch, check the watch app to pair a watch with this phone'
My watch is already paired?
I have tried a factory reset on the watch but same issue. Latest updates on both.

Didn't want a fold but when a deal comes up I just can't help myself....
So 750 with buds pro 2.
S24 I bought back in May for 280. 914 trade in Wtf.
And to top it off an extra 166 G store credit as I signed up to the 2TB one plan temporarily.
And potentially 3% quidco. Edit... Switched to TCB for 10%! Tracked at 133.
Plus a years free sub to AI Pro 2TB.
Deal of the year.

im tempted by this trade-in offer. They are estimating £435 for my Pixel 7 128gb that I bought for £499 last year.

I very nearly did the same myself as I was going to buy the Pixel Buds Pro 2 anyway. For about £800 more (and trading in my Pixel 8), I was very tempted to give it a try.
First thing is to see if I even gel with the fold. If not it's being sent back.
I wanted the buds too so that was the cherry.
