hard working cardio after a weights session is not the best idea in the world.
as for eating in a restaurant, eat what you want. there is plenty of scope in the rest of the day / week to manage the calories.
Okay, why is it not the best idea?

no, stretch marks are strech marks, deal with em, thats the official word from doctors. Some people say coca butter or something works. Doubtful tho
you are growing, be proud of it :]
bio oil is supposedly very good
they go silvery after a while. if they didnt, then i would look like i had been attacked by a few tigers.
big body builders do get them, its rare for people to have skin that can stretch to the limits that most normal people take their size, let alone pro BBers
dont worry about them tbh, otherwise you are in for years of hating your body because of them.

Im trying not to worry about them but can it only get worse or will it stay like this? I mean if it's going to get worse that'll really annoy me.
Wotan said:Ok, I'm quite an expert on scar tissue. I did have loads due to one or two unfortunate experiences on a motorbike.
Anyway.
1. Take collagen supplements. They work. Slowly, but they do work.
2. In addition to the above take vitamin C and MSM supps. MP sell both.
3. Go to Boots and buy a skin brush. Use it. This also takes time but does work.
4. Buy a dermabrasion flannel from Ebay (about a tenner). Works in the same way as the skin brush but is used in the shower/bath. People use these to get rid of acne scars, stretch marks are a cinch compared to those.
4. Shea butter lotion is good. As is Bio-oil and emu oil (I kid you not) All three work.
5. Take lots of vitamin E and fish oils.
6. If all else fails (and they all take about 3 to 4 months) consider an acid peel. You can use the malic acid from MP for this. it works and is exactly how I removed my own scar tissue (I made up a little formula for myself).
7. Neutragena sell a skin-repair cream containing copper peptides. This also works. Its excellent with one of the peeling/dermabrasion methods and all the more so with the supps mentioned.
Hmm, suppose it does when you look at it, glad I don't have anythat sounds costly!
