Managed to call and get someone on the phone - it appears that current stock has been all sent out and the next update they have for re-stocking is indeed January 2021. So it looks like those of us who haven't gotten a notification yet have longer to wait.

I had a feeling Friday was nonsense before it even happened I would have put money on it not happening haha think I might just cancel can see it just being date after date promised with no sign of receiving it.
 
Current info we have is for January 2021, there might be stock earlier, but 2021 is what we have as the current update and all stock they had was shipped yesterday. is pretty much verbatim what I was told on the phone
 
Whats the point of giving customers updates of x pallets arriving which will cover all orders up to y date when it does not happen. I was subject to the same with the 3090 and 5950x orders I had with OC. Are their suppliers just feeding them a load of rubbish? I can understand the delays due to Brexit and Covid etc but be professional and if you are to give an update on delivery make sure its an accurate one as people just get disappointed and annoyed otherwise and take their business elsewhere. It just leaves a bad taste in people's mouths with regards to future custom.

yes exactly what’s annoyed me like you say I understand delays etc and the current climate but as you say I feel like that nonsense that was told to us was just to stop people cancelling there orders with the hope they would still receive them. Don’t think I will be ordering again from here
 
Im really angry if this is the case. I got an email notification from Currys they were in stock, and went to their website, could have ordered. I thought I should stick with OCUK out of loyalty and that they had taken the trouble to post assurance on this forum that all preorders would be fulfilled by Friday. Now it seems my son will have no Christmas present as it was a lie. Thanks OCUK. Loyal customer over the years is now gonna ditch you! Really annoyed!!

I did exactly the same!! Pretty annoyed to be honest - @NikTheSHNIK any comments?
 
Just told my boy that he wont be getting his monitor at Christmas. Lots of tears. I feel like the worst Dad in the world. To reiterate: I am really annoyed as if OCUK hadn't lied this could have been avoided.
 
Guys please use the customer services forum and I’m sure someone from the shop will look in to the issue and advise. The shop staff very rarely have chance to come on these forums. And perhaps give them chance to confirm rather than everyone jumping the gun based on what one user above has fed back after a phone call.
