**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Hello Wingevin,

this do sound like you did look at the page of the USA, in Europe Advanced RMA works different and you do not need to purchase it within the first 30 days. In EU you can use it all the time without purchasing any bundle.
We are also fine with Royal Mail service, UPS and FedEx is only necessary in the USA.
At the detail page of the product in your account you can see a RMA status window. in this window we will post when we have received the card and when we have shipped a replacement we will also post the UPS tracking number there.
Let me know if there is any problem or question during the RMA!

Cheers

EVGA question

Dear EVGA person,

My GeForce 8800GT no longer works, can I please get a RMA on it?

I bought it from Overclockers, order # 1913190 (Stock ID: GX-041-EA).

It no longer works properly and I've tried it in several systems.

I tried e-mailing EVGA directly via your website but got no reply.

Regards,

Mark

Oh sorry, forgot that the video is in german. At the end of the video they show the clocks and those cards where running at 1325MHz with default settings. This was the first benchmark so the cards where pretty cold. At further tests where the system had working temps the cards where still running above 1250MHz.

A question for EVGA - i just got my Titan SC (non signature edition) and the serial number sticker is plastered right over the card on top of a chip and over some of the surface compontnets. are you meant to remover this? is it meant to be shipped this way? cards I owned in the past put the sticker in a spot where it is not over the components. it also says warranty void if removed, but its looks like you should take it off it it would cause problems

Hi Dandare,

If you want to you can remove the S/N sticker from the card but do not throw it away!! In case of RMA you have to send us the card with the sticker so I would suggest to put it at a save place and when you send it for RMA put it with a peace of tape on the card.

Hi Overclockers,

please welcome ben @ evga, he is our sales manager UK and now also online in the forums to answer questions about availability of products in the UK. Feel free to contact him if there is any question or issue getting our products in the UK.

Cheers

Thank you. After researching i decided to leave it on as it seems it will do no harm, unless it peels off on its own and gets sucked intothe cpu fan... :D

I have another question... when i got home and actually opened the card I could see the gold pci conectors where clearly marked/scuffed showing the card had been inserted before; there was even a "scratch" running sideways arcorss 2-3 of the conectors, but it appeared to be more of a scuff mark than a deep scratch.

Now the card was both shink wrapped and had 2 evga seals on the outer box. The internal anti-static bag was sealed, although the tape on this did had some debris stuck to it (brown cardboard) which i thought was odd.

I took photos of the scuff marks, but i did install the card anyway.

I suppose what I am really asking is; are the connectors usually marked like this on a brand new EVGA card? - I mean I am not being funny but they were in a worse conditon than my 3 year old GTX 480 which has been in and out of 2 pc's probably 10-15 times for various reasons. My worry is that the card is pre-owned and re-boxed/sealed; either a DSR return because someone did not think it would overclock enough or changed their mind, or worse still a rapaired RMA PCB. The mounting bracket is not marked at all, and there was no dust on it, or in the fan blades, but it is still making me nervous on such an expensive card.

I should probably add that i did not buy this from OCUK, but another major UK seller. I should also say that i never really looked closley at the conectors on any card i bought before, but after my disastrous experinece with a Gigabyte 680 back in December (took 3 months to resolve) I wanted to make sure i examined the card properley.

Hi,

our cards have to pass quality assurance a couple of times, we test it at the factory, then we pick a couple of cards at our HQ to test them and we make tests again in our EU office when we have received the cards so it can be possible that the PCI.E of the card do show marks but this should not effect the quality of the card. No etailer or distry do have our stickers to prepack products so if the EVGA QA Sticker was at the flaps of the box we packed this unit.

Hi Dominik,
Just recieved my Titan. Just installed the card and it is exhibiting really bad Coil Whine which changes in pitch depending on whats happening in game. The sound is actually louder then the fan! The first test in 3D Mark demostrates this very well. So does Borderlands 2, Crysis2 .... It also makes the sound when you mouse over certain thing on the desktop and is generally audible all the time, just higher pitched. My previous cards GTX 680, 580, 5870 did not make this sound. Way back I had an ATI XTX 1900 which did the same which was return faulty.

My system is water cooled and built for silence.

Must say after the long wait I am some what disappointed.

I have raised a support ticket with EVGA but I could just return it faulty and get a refund. What do you advise?

I have recorded the sound.

Hello Asgard,

if you have older High End models that do not occur any coil whine while this card do, this do sound like the card is faulty and need to get RMAd. Have send you an email about the futher process.

Cheers
