**GOT AN EVGA GRAPHICS RELATED QUESTION OR NEED SUPPORT - ASK HERE!!**

Hi Geeman, I am sorry to hear this! Just drop an email to [email protected] and attach a picture if possible. If the card is not registered so far please do this before you send the email then we will organise you a new "connector block". Changing the front block is not that difficult, you just need to remove the two screws at the front then you can remove the cover and open the two torq screws inside. When you reinstall the new block you just need to take care that the fiction is sitting properly in the rail.

Let me know if there is any issue with this support request!

Afternoon Domnik.

The Hydro Copper Waterblocks we're purchased independently from the cards so not part of the actual cards. They are now removed and the cards are back to stock. It's just one of the blocks that as the problem which I mentioned. The other one was fine.

Hi Dominik, how long does status usually stay on Verifying Transaction once you have made payment for the Step-up process, mines been nearly 72 hours?

Hi,

I recently ordered parts from OcUK to build a new desktop, however I think that the graphics card may be causing an issue (out of a couple).

I have a h100i as part of the build, which when the pc is turned on, stays white. However when I put the graphics card and attach the two power cable it begins to glow red, and the graphics card's logo doesn't light up. Is this possibly a problem with the card or am I missing something

Spec:
Asus Rampage Hero VII
4770k
8gb DDR3 RAM
h100i
Reference Evga GTX 780
NZXT h440
Seasonic M12II Evo Edition 850w

Hi Scythian,
I am not that familiar with the instant CPU cooler.
Do you have a boxed cooler to have a look if the System will boot with the grahics Cards?
In this case I would suggest to drop an email to [email protected] because with some ASUS boards you Need a different BIOS of the graphics Card
Are you able to test the Cards in a different system

Sadly not, the CPU I ordered didn't come with a cooler, just the chip.
Testing the card in another system isn't a possibility either I'm afraid. Will changing the bios affect the warranty of the graphics card at all?

Will drop an e-mail and report back with what they say :)

Hello again, Dominik.

I recieved the "new" card today, and immediatly put it in, to test it out.
I am baffled by the results.

What happend with the first replacement card, seems to be happening again; which of course leads me to belive maybe it's my other componenets that are failing. I putted the card in, removed my old drivers and AMD drivers, rebooted and installed Nvidia drivers, restarted again.

I then launched Valley Benchmark, while having Afterburner and GPU-Z open. Everything at stock. Half way trough Valley Benchmark, the screen would go black 2-3 seconds, recover, give me an error with the program, while the driver stopped working.

Anyway, i went on and thought maybe the program just isn't working properly. I fired up Furmark, leaving the fan at 80% to avoid any dangers there. At about 15% into the Burnin Benchmark, the program shut down, reporting the driver stopped working. It also left an error message, which led to Nvidias site. http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3007

From that link, im unsure as to wether or not the problem is the graphics card or not. I dropped my motherboard back to stock, and did it all again. Valley crashed once again, this time, causing the PC to restart, 11% into Furmark, the same message appeared again.

I hope to have a different motherboard and PSU to test it with by the end of the week..:(

Here's what I would do if this was happening to me.

D/l acronis back up your c:\
verify it.
do a new clean install install
If you have a segate drive you can get for free off their web site.

BUT REMEMBER TO VERIFY THE BACKUP.

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with that.

The supporter at EVGA, told me my previous card failed their heat test. The one i recieved today, is 5-10c hotter at load, so i assume it's overheating again. If i keep the core below 65c it passes Valley Benchmark, but thats with 100% fan speed. As soon it hits 70-75, it crashes. Sadly, i cannot see VRM temperature, which i belive is the cause.

Hello Pelinox,

I am sorry to hear there are still problems.
I also thought testing it in a different system/different PSU mobo would be the best way to see if it is related to the card or system.

Do you have any plans to sell the Titan Z and also what is EVGAs opinion of it.

At the moment there is no launchdate for the Titan Z but if there will be one we will be on board
The opinion is: It is a masterpeace of engineering :D
Due to the price it is probably not a card for the average user and you can get better performance with two single cards... but for those that need the most possible calculating power in a system there is no way arround it.

What are your margins like on the Titan Z?

I have more of a general SLI question but do have 2 x EVGA cards.
1 card is reference and 1 ftw so different default and boost speeds.

I was always under the impression that sli works by being limited to the lower cards clock speeds. However I can set different clock speeds for each card in Afterburner and FPS increases than when they are both set the same (to the lower cards speeds)

Is it a myth then that sli only works at the slowest cards speed?

What do you think of the 295x2? :p

RMA

I need to RMA an EVGA 580 GTX - has quite simply stopped working... However the orignal sticker carrying the S/N has dried out & fallen off the back of the card. I also no longer have the original box. Will this still be OK to RMA? I am a loyal EVGA customer having purchased many cards for myself & my friends over the years...
