Each season will be made available after its broadcast run, which for the US could mean September 2015.

It would be against their rules and if Netflix, FOX and WB didn't agree to that. Essentially, WB can sue Netflix for breach of contract.

Yeah, I understand it's complicated but I wish NF had negotiated it for a weekly release following the broadcast, this is a show i'm really itching to watch.
