If you host then the helper will be dom. If you need the dom achievements then get someone else to host.

Personally I'd recommend doing insane alone except the bits you struggle at. Then do the co-op at an easier level. Some bits are extremely tough in co-op on insane, much much harder than single player.

Ah, i did wonder. I've just been grouping with my friend hosting

I guess i'll start it alone - if you host a public one it's stupid, the game ends if the joining player leaves? Retarded.
