GPU Hardware Survey - What Are You Running and Why?

GPU/GPUs : 780ti
Because : Performs perfectly for what I need, decent enough clocks under water and doesn't seem to be skipping a beat.
Extras: Will be looking to get another 780ti (if I can get to the MM before they've all withered away or it's not worth it anymore) in order to go up to 1440p soon enough

GPU/GPUs : 980ti SLI (when they arrive
Because : well... I started off with 2560x1440@60hz and a pair of 670's and fancied 7860x1440 just as the Titan's came out so got 3 of them as well... got bored of triple screen and moved over to 4K and then 1440@144hz(gsync), so now with the 980ti I can sell my 3 titans and some watercooling bits and it'll cost me about £50-100 to upgrade to SLI 980ti, so there, may as well

Still play most games in 1080P 60p ULTRA + FXAA/MSAA x 2.

Because : I did have SLI 980s but sick of tweaking to keep things working as they should. Most games on very high settings will get 60fps. G-Sync takes care of any game that dips below 60. I'm considering a 980ti, but if I can't get the money I want for my 980, I'll just wait for Pascal.
Extras: Playing Witcher 3, GTA 5.

How do you find gaming with a single card at that res?
Resolution : 1200p.
GPU/GPUs : Asus Matrix Platinum 7970.
Because : I needed an upgrade and the price was too good to pass up on. However, if it had been the sort of price they usually went for, then I wouldn't have bothered.
Extras: Playing several games at the mo, with Crysis 2 + mods being the most memory hungry title I've played yet.

GPU/GPUs : 780TI SLI
Because : 780Tis were the fastest card when i bought them. Needed 2 to push out high fps at 1440p.
Extras: 3GB vram means i can't turn on some of the advanced settings in GTAV. Only game that vram has been an issue.

Currently using an Asus pb287q 4k 60hz monitor, although I'm going to sell it and get a g-sync 4k monitor soon though (acer predator xb280HK).
At the moment i have 2 x 980s but that is very soon to be upgraded to 2 x 980 Ti's. The reason why is that 980s are not really built for 4k and struggles in some recent titles, and as the new gtx 980 Ti is on par performance with the Titan X i dont want to fork out an extra £700 for SLI Titan X's.

Because : Picked the card up for a great price in last years Black Friday sales and at that time I knew I was going to heading for 1440p@144Hz and would need a dual gpu solution to power that.
Extras: Just finishing up Dragon Age Inquisition and will be moving to The Witcher 3 next. Also hoping to grab a second hand 290x to go tri-fire for a bit more grunt.

Extras: I've been looking forward to the Witcher 3 since finishing the second and want to experience it with everything turned on. I also want my system to last longer than my average one. I might get a 3rd 980Ti once stock levels and prices settle.
