I didn't realise prices had gone quite that mad... At least your faulty 980ti also has over inflated value now so you could sell that on an internet auction site to claw back a few pennies!

how much could i sell a faulty 980ti lol. the pcb components burnt i think.

Ebay lets you search for 'sold listings' -- when looking up "Parts only/faulty 980ti" it seems they go for between £40-80 depending on the model and condition.

Better than a slap in the face tbh.

I'm assuming this isn't against Forum T&C since he's talking about selling a faulty item.

As for what GPU you should aim for, keep an eye on OCUK's new forum section for "Member Deals" if you have access to it. With a little luck you should be able to get your hands on something like a 3060ti or 6700XT for close to MSRP.

how often? i search everyday for a gpu which is similar to 3060ti bots seem to beat everything

i don't see member deals, how do i get access?

If you do look on the right hand side for a tab called "Watch Forum" -- select that and then choose which notification methods you would prefer.

We don't know, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to who can see it or access it.

Although they may have fixed it now...

As mentioned by @Acme I have absolutely no idea how it works, I'd expect it to go from post count and age of membership, but it just seems to be random.
