GT5P should be pretty decent with the new update and if they ever finally get private lobbies.
I don't understand - everything that was in HD (1 track) is in Prologue. How could HD be 'far far better' if Prologue has everything in it, plus minor graphical and performance improvements, and a lot more?

I'm all for doing a game right but these guys go over the top researching certain things whilst they should be on the pc's. Surely they could outsource / take more people on for 3-d modelling?

Mr Men/Stig1 whatever else you liked to be called, you are one of the people who are ruining these what were once fine forums, your worse than a fanboy, you purposely go into the majority of PS3 threads and try to pick arguments with people over silly petty issues, and god knows why but people (myself included) bite and try to argue back against you.
I don't know how your not banned tbh, some fine folks here but the muppets far outweigh them, I for one am done with OcUK, nothing I read in the consoles section interests me anymore, I'll no doubt still check out the PC and other sections.

Give it a week for the E3 buzz to die down and consoles should be back to its normal self.
Thing is GT5 is going to introduce a lot more than has been shown, the car clubs for instance, an improved photomode, the inclusion of HOME features, trophies, display such trophies, replays, photos in your Home pad with mates.
The damage should be more than what Forza or Ferrari Challenge have done so lets give Polyphony the benifit of the doubt but GT5 has a lot more to it than just GT5P with more tracks and cars.
Personally GT has still IMO the best physics, ok poor colisions but with a G25 is a pretty ace racer and dont forget compared to some including the new Ferrari Challenge GT5P much better tweaking for car performance, tyres and setups.
Wipeout HD, Motorstorm 2, Ferrari Challenge plenty of car action in those to keep most busy till GT5 arrives.

PS3 is a great system, its got still a lot of room for improvements an yes its a pain in the backside with all the delays for Home etc.
Just live to accept the situation and understand with Sony things will turn out great but over a longer period of time than wed like to wait.

I heard they're adding over 2k cars to GT5. It takes them around 180 days to model just one car.

If your not slating the system then id assume your not a fanboy but why bother going to great lengths on discussing system sales or type up smarmy assed replies regarding other members comments or indeed start all this Halo 3 piff paff and how great of a system seller it is.
For the record your welcome to compare how worldwide sales of Halo3 sold, btw i promise not to laugh at the Japan terrority sales. Id go as far to estimate that worldwide sales i showed for GT may actually be higher. Holo 3 like GT has a massive following yet many even with it like GT5P felt let down and it was very overhyped.
Also some of the people here including yourself should have more sense to understand that regards the "2010" report its not anything other than an interview taking a comment and making it appear as a world exclusive sensational announcement.
If the game is delayed it will come direct from P Digital source or PR release.

Oh my id assume 500-700 is more likely and of course 127 of these will be Skylines (joke) 2000 is silly talk.
The time to model a car was i think originally referred to if one guy was to do from start to finish, that doesnt mean thats how it happens but to give an impression on the amount of hours work involved. Jaggies aside no other car game has close to the detail in the cars or the accuracy to fine detail.
