Gran Turismo "Sport"

This feels like the multiplayer part only and a rushed single player and almost like gt prologue was.....

maybe we will get a true GT7 one day with a huge car list from everyday cars to super cars and being able to upgrade little fiat puntos as that's all you can afford at the start and earn your way up..... *sigh* maybe I want too much
 
TBH I think Project Cars 1 & 2 and more updates DLC packs for Assesto Corsa means the PS4 has a couple of decent racing games already with new ones up and coming...

GT seems to be going for the e sports market, it'll do well in that regard I guess but for the first time ever, the GT games are going a different way , not one I'll be willing to pick up. The single player and content is looking very poor IMO.
 
I can see this following the iRacing model. A subscription service with base content and then sell cars and tracks separately.

Plus i assume you'll need a PlayStation Plus subscription in order to play online?
 
Surely if they have branded this "sport" in relation to the esport and multiplayer side, the game will either be cheaper than a full title or at least when GT7 is announced the "sport" side will be bundled in to create the multiplayer side?

I do agree, this title just looks like an online e sports game only, and for this, I'd say it would be better off taking the i racing route and make it the i racing equivalent for PS4 consoles and just charge a subscription , base game is free, but want to go online and compete you would need to pay.

And I don't mean PS Plus either... It should be sub based and playable without a PS Plus sub.

I remember when the GT name used to mean something, eclipsed by Forza and AC is miles ahead for realism.

Yet they continue to knock out absolute **** - the studios as good as dead.
