A forum insider pointed out a vehicle to me yesterday. There's only one, and its hidden at the top tight of Alderney where there are 3 roads that go nowhere towards to coast. It's hidden in some bushes.
It has side exit exhaust, rollcage, JDM y0 wheels, spoiler, diffuser, intercooler with a name on it etc and it has a dump valve sound. You can only get it there, once driving you see more variations of it about.

I've seen a Sentinel with black grills on the back window, not found since.

Maybe it's just me being blind but where do you get shades/hats? Like I said before about half way through the game and just noticed I haven't bought either yet
From what ive seen they can only be bought in the 1st shop, cant buy any in the middle island, not sure about the last as i havent go there yet, and as mentioned they can be lost, i bought a nice fleece hat and some specs ran outside over the road and got hit by a car and my specs and hat went flying off
however they can be reequipped at the safe house

I picked up some clothes at the Statue Of Liberty thing after going up the steps near the base. Maybe there's items you have to find. I hope so.
Some missions give you clothes too. And after the mission you can eqiup them. I've got a balaclava.

why is it in the game as soon as you get into a fast car, then they are all over the road, when i am on foot looking for one then they are never there !

Always been like that in GTA! Also when you get a 3+ star wanted level the roads suddenly empty

Top right of Alderney island where there are 3 dead end roads. There is a derelict house and the car is behind an embankment to the right.
