You can't buy property in this. Infact money in the game is pretty much pointless for the most part. I've got about 60k and spend them mostly on guns & ammo as well as cabbie fares.

Thats a shame, ever since San Andreas i always thought it would be good to be able to buy that perfect pad on the hill and pimp the game from there as a base for all ya nice cars etc.
Still an excellent game though. Would just be nice to have bruces pad with underground parking and stuff, maybe get it trashed if you don't do stuff or maybe have to defend it from stuff.....

It doesn't lol. I tried that with a big truck. Was going to block him in. Ended up moving my truck into the road around the corner.You have to get him as a friend with the 'like' stat up to about 80% IIRC then you can call him up and he has all the weapons in the boot of his car.
Pro-tip though, don't park right next to him, it de-spawns your car while you are looking in the boot (lost an Infernus that way)
If you have the ability from Roman, just find his name in the phonebook then choose 'Car Service'. If not, you have to wait for a cab to drive near you, then press LB (if you're 360). He'll shout it across, then the cab will pull over if they don't already have a passenger. Hold Y (360) to get in as passenger.

If there is a passenger, hold down Y anyway, he'll pull the passenger out, and the cabbie won't care.
Yeah it sucks. I got the half a million achievement when I completed the main storyline and there's just nothing to spend it on. Maybe there will be more stuff in the DLC.
I'd like:
- Buying houses
- More clothes
- Gym
and a couple more things that they shouldn't have removed since SA.

I spent far too long just exploring at the beginning and didn't really start the storyline for a good few days. It has taught me to check the achievements before jumping right in for future games though.
They said it will add a minimum of 10 hours to the game.

I can't play online, any game mode to join it just says disconnected. I can only join parties??? I used the one month trial that came with the game.

Just completed it, Awesome ending, got my spine tingling!
Aye, I completed it last night.
There's two endings by the way depending on your 'moral choice' on the 2nd to last mission.
I've done both and they're both as 'tingling' as eachother.
