*** Grand Theft Auto IV - The Official PS3 Multiplayer Arranging Thread ***

I have a question have not done any missions yet, as I wanted to play online, my friend says that on the PS3 you press up twice and see the whole phone, I can only see buttons 1,2,3 and cannot press up a second time to access the whole phone? Also when I push my phone to come up I see no options bar multiplayer.

Cannot get online either. Any ideas?

Just push up twice on the D pad, but thats for making calls, what u want to do is push up once to access the phone, then scroll down to find multiplayer, should be the 1 before the options menu?

I have a question, if ** playing sp and some freinds access the multiplayer and send u an invite, does it come thru as a text message on the phone? was just wondering as i dont seem to get any invites :(

Press up once, then X to access the menu, scroll to multiplayer

If someone invites you it appears on the screen, you then go to multiplayer > invites
 
Yer had to do mission 1 to get the new phone but I get the cannot connect messege when trying, will try again tomorrow.

Connection issues for quite a few people (they can't join games). No idea if it is a Sony/Rockstar problem or routers etc?

Disappointing. Will be online after The Apprentice, 9PM on BBC1 (finishes at 10PM). Hopefully more people will be online and willing to play online on PS3.

is your friends list full again ? was trying to find people on-line tonight for a game, added a load of people but nobody seemed to be about to accept (either that or they've all got full friends lists)
