Its not great for the 360 but It doesn't bother me at all tbh, might be the other version is exactly the same I don't know.
 
Right ive managed to reserve a copy for myself. :D


Once one of my parents gets back I will force them to drive me to the shop or I will drive myself, even though I dont know the shop is in Wrexham.
 
I haven't done any missions yet, except the first one where Roman picks you up, and after that I went exploring :) Though I couldn't dial the police, I wanted to report a 'crime' to nick their car.... only had options for multiplayer, and the hailing a cab didn't work :confused:

Good point actually, a hint came up in game saying call the police... but I couldn't figure out how to manually dial on the phone and there appeared to be no option in the menu.

I got impatient and went into town, had to pay the council tax anyway ;) Walked into *ahem*, saw the sticker price at £44.99 and did an about turn. Walked into *ahem*, grabbed a box and went up to the counter... "have you pre-ordered?"

Went into *ahem*, picked up a box, went to the counter, paid, walked out with it.

Got home, caught the postie nocking on my door. Guess what he had for me? :mad:

Will be taking the one I picked up in town back on thurs... er, friday.


Off to play now, only have a few hours before work.

I was beginning to sink into a pool of depression when the postman went past and didn't drop anything. Turns out my uncle collared him at the top of the road and took my post. I am now clutching the game! Yippee.
 
What can i say??

Excellent game, got it bang on at 00:01 from a local supermarket, they only got 8 copies in i was about 5th in the queue, luckily as i only popped into this shop on a whim at 23:50 lol. About two mins after me some other guys turned up trying to blag their way up the line, but thankfully the store manager had already clocked us that were waiting before them and handed them out to us :D

Have to say brilliant game, and havent seen any real frame rate issues, certainly not like on other 360 games anyways :D What was that car game where you blow stuff up "Full Auto"?? that was shocking on the frame rate side of things.

Anyways as said above the game really is first class, glad i picked it up lastnight as my postie hasnt been yet with my pre-ordered copy.

GPS, most cars have a basic form, others have the voice, basic just beeps when your flying past the turning lol Just like in real life ;)
 
Hmmm got mine today and playing on my lg 22" ls4r monitor thru HD, at 720p, now is it just be or does this seem awful pixely, cars outlines are all pixelated and to be quite honest rather crap.
 
Got mine this morning :)

Case was ripped a bit on the back :/, tried to turn on the 360 but it wouldn't (begin "oh no" feeling), only to find out the power cable had slipped out :p

Playing now!
