I just went to a supermarket, I find the games/dvd section and to my shock horror THEY HAD IT ON THE 360 RIGHT THERE!!! I picked it up laughed on my way to the til was stood with it IN MY HANDS! close to paying when some woman came past me looked at what I had and took it off me saying to the bloke who she was with "who else has it!". They find a guy who just bought it and stopped him trying to get it back I asked pleeeeease pleaaaase sell it to me then take it off the shelf she said "no its worth more than my job im sorry".

I was stood reading the damn box in the line IF I WAS 10MINS FASTER GETTING THERE I WOULD HAVE IT NOW! DAMN YOU CRUEL WORLD!!!!!!
 
I wonder if Rockstar will ignore all these people who have got a head start with regards to their 100% completion in the quickest time bonus.

But I thought it was the first 10 people or something to do it. So if you completed it in 5 hours but were the 11th person to get to 100% you've had it. :confused:
 
Well done to the people who've got it, I'm not jealous at all.... :o

I've still not had a dispatch notification e-mail. Load of carp TBH, this is the first weekend off I've had in ages and I'm working every day next week! :(

If you think thats bad, try playing it for a few hours on someone elses' Xbox and then having to wait until release day to play it again!

Too much foreplay, and not the whole hog :p

To be honest, there is only the slimmest of chances that you will get this early. You're basically relying on a mishap occurring due to incompetence. Even if this happens, it will usually be discovered within hours if not minutes.

As said before, the release date and the consequences of releasing early are being well and truly thumped into the retailers.

You basically need to make friends with people who work in retail ;)
 
Lad in office has just come back from the supermarket with it. Apparently there's the games/music counter has never been so busy.
 
2thumbs, i was thinking the same,

I have monday and tuesday off, but it hasnt even been dispatched yet :( taken them 3 days to pack it so far :( must be shipping with one nice big ribbon on it or something. Must be taking them a lot of attempts to tie it right :D
 
Haha, i just told my work mate that i have just picked up copy and he dashed out to get it from the place i did... Only to be told they have stopped selling it now!!!! even though they have a lot of copies. He is gutted, i am happy :) :)
