Yeah, I've 100%'d it, then I went and completed it again (which was the 13h 25m completion).

The pigeons were a nightmare, 2 of which were an utter sod. I also had to use the guide to find the last 6 jumps and I had 20-ish pigeons.

IT was one on a metal railing near Dwayne's place I think (it was on a metal railing near some houses).

I also had 49 stunt jumps from 50 :p. The one I missed was going off the railway tracks on the industrial estate (near the 2 you come off the bridge for).

If you're gentle with the controls they're easy.
 
I ended up with 199 pigeons. I missed a simple one on a fence of a housing estate :p. It wasn't even one of the tricky ones, like the sod where you jump off the side of the road, run into the dark, turn a corner and it's infront of you in pitch black.
