All depends on the net code tbh. But I imagine you will need a hefty connection to host 16 players (>1mb upload).

I really don't think shops are going to be that pedantic.

Well then there has to be a point you stop, you can't say 'come on there is only 5 minutes to go sell me the game etc' so they make it 00:01. Clearly not all shops stick to this, and if only one person comes in with 5 minutes left, the person there will probably sell it to them. Things like what you said are the reason so many shops release it early, they think 'oh, it won't matter if we release it one day early, how about 2, well how about 5 days before release, how about as soon as we got our copies?' Also, if your going to staff your shop at 12 (doesn't matter for 24hr supermarkets I know) you should at least release it at the right time.

well I didn't try an update from the disc i just logged on and updated them but the disc did not offer the update and tbh I didnt ask them if they tried updating through the update screen with the disc in the drive
