Source? As far as I know steam deck 2 is a myth. Just like switch two was for about 8 years

Even if steam deck doesn't come out by 2027 when this game hits pc, there will be other handheld pc devices that will launch that will run this game fine

Also, I've noticed that things running just fine seems to be less than 30 FPS at 800x600 resolution to some people. When I had mine the amount of times I saw a game 'ran fine' at certain settings and then it ran like absolute dog ****.
If they launched an OLED model from day one though with massively upgraded specs, I'd sure as hell get one.

That's why it's been moved.. so you buy it on Gen X... then buy it again a year later on Gen X+1... then buy it on PC a year after that when the 8K higher res textures version comes out

A 30fps hurrah and then on next gen they can show off the inevitable uplift in frames and visuals and not only sell many more consoles, but sell the game all over again. It works everytime.
There are people that bought GTA V on PS3, PS4, PS5 and PC. All for full price or close to it.
I'll probably end up trying to pick up a second hand PS5 in the first few months of next year, might as well give the living room TV something to do for a change. Most of my PC is already 4-8 years out of date and I don't fancy spending 2-3x the price of a used PS5 bringing the PC up to scratch for one game as I generally only play games that were released 3-15 years ago these days.
Have I got it right that the 'protagonists' in this game are going to be a Bonnie and Clyde style coupe engaged in criminal capers?
If so then this seems like a downgrade from the dynamics and possibilities afforded by the Franklin/ Michael and Trevor (and their relations with each other) characters of GTA V which, in my view, were a major upgrade on the story side from previous GTA games.

I don't like replaying once I completed and best experience will be PC wouldn't wanna spoil the experience on console. I'll probably know most of what the game is all about before it releases on PC
I try not to buy games on release now, especially when it's a single player game or I'm not interested in playing any online aspect. So I reckon this may be circa 2030 purchase for PC once it gets released and drops from what will likely be a circa £100 launch price!
