Graphic's Card displays "No Signal"

I'd still try building it out of the case to rule out a short between the motherboard and case. Failing that it would likely be, as mentioned by someone else, an issue with the PSU or motherboard.

EDIT: Or, as Armageus says, maybe the wrong connector :)
 
Yes that's what I'm talking about, if i put a 8 pin in here the whole PC trips out but with the 4 pin it doesn't.

If your PSU doesn't have a 4+4-Pin ATX12V/EPS12V power cable you need a new PSU. Do you have another 4-pin power cable? One that seems to pair with the other 4 pin power cable? Then try that. But really, that is very likely to be a dreadful PSU and you are risking all your other components for the sake of £50 or so.

I replaced the PSU with a Corsair CX600. Now everything is being powered with the correct pins & amount of pins.

All turns on fine but both monitors still staying 'No signal'...

Plus i bought & Installed a new heatsink.
