Guys;

I'm going away for a few days, is there a vacation mode?

I don't have an army or anything, but have decent mine levels now... is there any harm jus leaving it run? guess not? not like anyone can get killed!

or does anyone wanna sit? :p
 
I'm a bit of an addict so I don't mind sitting it, add me on msn if you have it (addy in trust) or just send me an email to talk about what you want doing to it. :)
 
Attacked overnight by a %$£*& named meiji (-38|47), a member of the Boom alliance and not caring about our OcUK allaince. Wiped out my fledgling army and stole 1000 of each resource. Anyone want to teach him a lesson?

Why 7? What do you all think hes trying to do?

-Did he only have 7 and expect me not to have an army?
-Did he sacrifice them to scout me (why not only 1 then?)
-Did he think 7 would overpower me yet still leave him with enough troops to guard his village?

I cant work out his logic? any ideas?

Anyway, i hope that he only had 7, because i killed 5 of them and have now sent my remaining 6 legionairres to raid him.

Ah......, I think this was me :p

I was trying out the sub-army type of attack on pop-50 Romans,
All the villages at my end had 0-1 defenders, so I was sending out 4 Legionnaires on raiding parties to all the villages.
For some reason I forgot to send my hero with this intial attack, and so I lost most of the troops to Slash :rolleyes:

Next thing I know I get a joint raid from Slash/Civic.

That's OK, my troops head off to the pub for an hour, and the duo get nothing.
I did think they were bonkers for trying though. :confused:

Anyway, I thought as they were raiding me, I'd raid them, so I kill some men he'd left behind

Next day, same thing, so I send the troops off to the pub again, and the duo get nothing. But this time I re-raid Civic at 5:00am and grab some wheaties

I thought I should try and end this once and for all, and I start building up some troops to try out a rolling attack, where they both get raided every hour all day long.

But then Touch contacts me and says he knows them, and to lay off.

meh, you spoiled all my fun now...(sulks) :D

'tis the optimum time to raid defended villages,
...no warning and maximum resources :p

actually, if they had something in the village description about OcUK,
then I'd have realised who they were :)

If he got 1000 of each resource, then its your fault. If you leave loads unprotected, then what do you expect?

Don't leave resources lying around that are not protected by crannies

Then so would everyone else!
That would mean i cant go around raiding whoever the hell i want and flaming anyone who attacks me :D
(gonna post my latest flame/buff on our private forums ;) )
