Valid point, though I'm guessing your resource production is lacking?

All it would take is one big attack to cripple you completely.

My troops are never idle at my village (except my scouts) so that can't happen.

You could get unlucky I guess. Depends how long you leave between the overnight raid and first morning raid.

I leave big overlaps. If I know I'm at my pc at 9 AM for example, I will make sure my troops at back at 10 AM.

Catapults are also an issue

When they do become a problem, I should have something in place

When I'm at my PC I can earn a good 300 of each resource every hour, sometimes much more. I don't like to give too much away about my actual production in a public forum with turds like Lolcb lurking.

I have found that more and more people keep attacking others for the sole purpose of keeping them down.

When people are fleet saving (to use an ogame term) where do people send them? Just someone random miles away?

To other allies usually it seems.

Perhaps we could create one or two villages where people having issues can rally their troops together. If we don't do that, we could just say "x and y villages are used as rally points if you're having problems". x and y being alliance members villages.

The benefit of rallying together will hopefully be amassing big forces which can't easily be smashed.

I'd be happy for anybody to send their troops to me.I have the wheat production for their upkeep and haven't been attacked in weeks as all that is around me is the TGA alliance.

On that note. Caustic I posted on the private forum about possibly having an alliance with them. They have been growing very quickly and also have an alliance with ~T.S~ . Could be a good ally when we start attacking people as there are lots of tehm together. Thoughts?

As for other alliances, I think they would be a good idea. The more the better, and if we can get protection from the big boys, all the better.

Hi all,

Great game btw, been reading this thread for over a week and happened to sign up to.

My noob protection ran out on Monday morning and have been raided four times but my cranny seems to be doing it job, only a small amount of resources have been lost.

I happened to mention OcUk to a player, and now has stopped raiding me and since have said they will help me out.

I could possibly if I had of waited but there is quite a big waiting list for OcUK these days and also general consensus was it is getting a little too large and attracting attention.

It was Lord Nemesis who invited me to NWO as he is next door to me and we started around the same time, I will probably be 200 pop by the end of the week but I'm focusing on fields still and they get so expensive
