I have been playing a web browser based game for a few days now. Currently there are ~4000 players and I must say, it is one of the best that I've played. Nice UI etc. Not one if you are expecting instant fun, but very well made.

Anyone else playing this? If you want to see what it is all about, visit the site and click on the 'To The Tutorial' link for a 60sec rundown.

Well i've signed up, im aceface57 not quick sure what im wanting to do, but i've increased wood production and building a granary :p

you get 5 days noob protection, then the big boys farm the living muck out fo you.

apparently its best to get production crops up first then a cranny as it stores your crops so people cant farm it.

THey say that you should build your cranny up to hold at least 500 units, and that is wise, but I think the best best is to avoid storing too much in the first place. Focus on production, and aim for a barracks. Then you can build soldiers, which can go out on raids.

signed up to. droolinggimp is my name of the village..

seems to be quicker than most online games like this. Only a few minutes to upgrade something instead of the usual 4 hours or what ever they normaly are.

I have been very impressed by the market system.

You can basically offer up a trade of a certain amount of one resource, for a certain amount of another. Then, people can click an option and get a list of all the available deals. Better still, you can profit from it. In theory, you could sustain your advancement quite nicely through just trading!

Hi guys, just signed up to this, seems interesting!

Anyone interested in an Alliance when we can do it?

I have a Gaulish village, position 57 / 42

Cheers!
