Once one is at level 10 you can build another, when two are at level 10 you seem to be able to build as many as you without the third being level 10, wherever you want provided there is a plot of land

What to make of this?

One of my 'friends', who has a population of only 53 was recently attacked by somebody bigger (pop 116), but he only sent 7 legionaires?
This has confused me?
Why 7? What do you all think hes trying to do?

-Did he only have 7 and expect me not to have an army?
-Did he sacrifice them to scout me (why not only 1 then?)
-Did he think 7 would overpower me yet still leave him with enough troops to guard his village?

I cant work out his logic? any ideas?

Anyway, i hope that he only had 7, because i killed 5 of them and have now sent my remaining 6 legionairres to raid him.

Im not too bothered about it tbh, thats why all the troops have been sent.
Either they will own his tiny army and i will continue raiding him as much as poss, or they will be crushed by his huge army and i'll re-raided in return

And i dont have enough wheat to upgrade a wheat field.

What happens when wheat reaches zero btw?
