That's true but the liklihood is that we would have lost at least one of these Leeds games in previous seasons and you always have to play matches without your best players. I feel more confident we can hold top 4 after that match today. Anything else is a bonus this season. If we win the Carabao then watch the confidence build.

Right, but we currently have a final, games in the other cup. Quite a few games in the EL and we have been playing twice a week for quite a while now. Its the sheer number of games and competitions we are still in that will kill us. We have almost zero depth to the squad and far too many games.

The League Cup will be done and dusted by the end of the month, as will most likely the Europa League. That will leave just the FA cup and League. 4 League games in March. That is it.

Thats quite a lot of reaching there...

The scoreline probably should have been 3-0 because your defender got the last touch for one of our disallowed goals by the looks of it. If you want to talk about what ifs, what if Crystal Palace weren't a scummy team and we had Casemiro for the last 2 games and Antony wasn't injured. These things happen and you just deal with them.

We had injuries as well. If Casemiro wasn't suspended and Erikson not been taken out by Darwin Nunez we would have 6 points from both games. Lol

Did you watch the game. Fred and Harry Maguire are our squad depth. Outside our first XI the fall off is massive. We have literally just taken a relegated striker on loan because we have no strikers. Our only recognisable stiker plays 1 in 3 because hes injured so much.

Of course we have a better squad than you but we aren't exactly flying high quality wise.

Would you want Maguire or Fred at Leeds as your first choice CB and CM? The amount they cost isn't really relevant. They are poor. Maguire will be sold for less than £30m in the summer, probably closer to £20m and Fred is a £20m player if you are lucky.
