Greenlizard0 PL & Championship Football Thread ** spoilers ** [14th - 16th October 2022]

I dont get comments like this. He's bagging every 100 minutes ish yet if he misses a chance its "hes garbage". He's absolutely insane to watch but he isnt garbage, far from it.

Misses chances*

Misses final balls, loses the ball in key moments, poor decision making etc

He was pretty rubbish in that game lets be honest, so gets a garbage rating from me. His ’highlights’ from this game are meme levels too so they stick in your mind.

Much better than recent times that, some great individual performances Gomez, Milner, Jota, and Elliot were all great. Gomez was outstanding and nice to see Salah score a goal we've scored time and time again.. Corner turned?!
Perhaps but the tactics today were the biggest difference for me. Every player in every position complimented each other which hasn't been the case previously this season.

He moves well and worries defenders. He needs to work on his finishing and composure. He'll improve.

Its really strange, Milner was getting forward into the positions Trent covers quite a bit, but due to Fab and Elliot working a lot harder the space wasn't there for city to exploit as much, its kind of baffling as to why the workrate(?) isnt anywhere near as high when Trent's in the side. In part I think that could also be due to Guardiola's tactics in that they will always play the same way, you dont see them hit early balls into space anywhere near as often as other teams have done against us.

Domestos Pep is a right bell end, sarcastically clapping our fans after the disallowed goal

Always chucks his toys out of his pram when things don't go his way.

Is "electric" the current buzzword for punditry or something, 3 times in the last 5 minutes from 3 different pundits and a good 3 or 4 times during the match too. Might be time to invest in a thesaurus or two at Sky.

I think it's more they're that thick they can't learn too much so have to copy each other to make it look like they e been paying attention by repeating what they've just heard.
