That's utterly retarded and yet again shows how little the Premier League and top flight football cares about head injuries and concussion. Make three changes, player gets knocked out and he'll be forced to play if he can stand without help.

Our midfield is really struggling. The high defence usually works because we put enough pressure on the ball to stop the most dangerous passes. We've not got that pressure today so they can play through us too easily
