Antony wasted about 7 opportunities tonight to hit the target or play a team mate in. Total waste. Sancho used to get 20 goals and 20 assists when he was at Dortmund. He's got 5 goals and 1 assist this season. If it wasn't for Bruno and Rashford (Eriksen before injury) we'd be in 8th. Tonight was turgid but we have to accept the three points. Brentford were poor for a team that is so high in the league. However the momentum is with Newcastle - fair play to them battering Wham.5 GD cant believe we are in 4th
70 goals for, for Arsenal and City its just night and day.

TBH it wasn’t a 5-1 game, without the mistakes I think 2-1 probably would have been a fair resultWest Ham looked clueless in that second half, played like a team that is already relegated and bottom of the league. Newcastle press well and are very difficult to break down but didn't think they played as well as we can. As much as I have a soft spot for Moyes for his internal destruction of Sunderland and being one of the key architects of putting them where they are today I think he has to go. He brought 4 subs on in one go which basically changed nothing. In fact it almost made them worse.

They were using their width to good effect then sort of stopped.

I really don’t know to say.
You can see he tends to struggles at the start of games when he’s up against a fast winger. To the point it’s pointed out on the commentary but then finds an extra gear from some where and manages to get the situation under control. (Needed J7 to drop back versus Saka)
The guy is giving his bloody soul every single game. I’ve never seen that much effort game after game. Ever!
Best defender last night was Schar was fantastic last night. Great in defence and in attack.
7th time we score 3+ goals this season (only two games of them we actually scored 3
)
We are also hanging with Liverpool and Mancity with big chances missed.
