Once Utd upgrade Matic and Fred they’ll actually have a decent team.

Consistency was a big issue for us (United) last season, often failing to turn up for games or only turning up in the second half. What a completely different display today vs Leeds - I don't buy that we were unlucky, we were woeful in possession today with the ball given away too frequently and at times, in dangerous positions.
If anyone thinks that was an acceptable performance today and we were unlucky, you must have either been watching a different game or you have some rather magical rose tinted glasses.

This is what everyone says about Leeds, but last season Southampton finished 15th and conceded 68 goals, 6 places behind Leeds who conceded 14 less goals. Southampton have hardly improved as a squad either vs last season.
