The lad jumped into Matip and dragged him to the ground for absolutely no reason whilst not challenging for the ball...

"You saw these challenges with [Ashley] Barnes and [Chris] Wood and Virgil [van Dijk] and Joel [Matip]. I'm not 100% if officials are going in the right direction with these decisions.

'There's no fouls any more? I'm not sure. I like all decisions in favour of the offensive team like offside but we have to stick to protect the players. We can't deny that. Watch wrestling if you like those things.'

As per Klopp himself. He recognised it...so clearly im not alone. Burnley were ridiculous yesterday and not for the first time.
He said "there are no fouls", not "it should have been a red card". Yes, it was a foul but nothing more

It was a long ball and they were scuffling for position. By your logic every incident of grappling in the box at a corner is a red card
Yes because that’s a scuffle isn’t it. He absolutely doesn’t go in with two feet and throw him to the ground with zero chance of winning the ball

There's not much that Omnom doesn't think is a red card to be fair.

stop talking nonsense. You want to tell me that isn’t an off the ball incident and he doesn’t go in with two feet?

Oh please, they collide, Barnes falls over, and drags him down. Naturally when you fall over your legs pop up.

Ok, this is just going round in circles. We don't all need to agree on whether it was a red but we can all agree that the sooner Burnley are relegated the better.

Varane and Sancho on the bench. :(

We have to kick on from last week today, more momentum needed. Away record is pretty solid though.
